Beers on tap include Adnams bitter, a seasonal guest bitter, Amstel, Bierra Moretti from Italy, Heineken, Guiness and the local favourite – Aspalls Cider. Bottled beers include Peroni and Sol along with Old Mout fruit ciders.
Max has undertaken much enjoyable research to put together an extensive wine list, of which many can be tasted by the glass. Max or Polly will be happy to offer advice of pairing wines with all elements of the menu, whether it is the Chilean Late Harvest Morandé Sauvignon Blanc dessert wine with the foie gras parfait or a sumptuous New Zealand Pinot Noir with our rack of Suffolk lamb. Our bar staff can offer a choice of cocktails including a selection of gin cocktails, Pink Fizz or Espresso Martini but now the nights are drawing in a spicy bloody Mary or mulled wine may be preferred.
